CLOSED SESSION - The Board will retire to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551 concerning the following sections:

A. 551.074 To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; including deliberation of 1) recommendation to terminate probationary contract employees at the end of the contract period, 2) recommendation to non-renew term contract employees at the end of the contract period.
